Group Therapy

Group therapy is a type of therapy that involves one or two therapists working with a small amount of people at the same time. Whilst individual therapy includes only the therapist and the client, group therapy utilises the power and support of the group, but also the therapist who leads it to achieve the desired goals. Group therapy has proven to be an effective means of therapy when dealing with interpersonal challenges. Through being supported, the group offers each person in the group the opportunity to learn and grow by exploring interpersonal relations in the group.
